Từ ngày 19 đến ngày 21 tháng 7 năm

Từ ngày 19 đến ngày 21 tháng 7 năm 2015, TS.Nguyễn Việt Nam, Viện trưởng Viện Nghiên cứu Nuôi trồng thủy sản III đã tham dự Cuộc họp thường niên năm 2015 giữa Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn Việt Nam và Bộ Nông Lâm nghiệp Lào tại Viêng Chăn.

Ngày 20/7/2015 Đoàn cấp chuyên viên giữa 2 Bộ đã thảo luận về bản Thỏa thuận hợp tác. Nhóm thủy sản đề xuất đưa Dự án phát triển nuôi cá tầm, cá hồi tại tỉnh Chăm Pa Săk vào danh mục xem xét cho kỳ họp tới.

Ngày 21/7/2015 đã diễn ra Hội đàm giữa hai Bộ trưởng và ký kết bản Thoả thuận hợp tác trong lĩnh vực nông, lâm nghiệp, thủy sản và phát triển nông thôn năm 2015 và kế hoạch giai đoạn tiếp theo.

Tại Hội đàm, Bộ trưởng Cao Đức Phát và Bộ trưởng Vilayvanh PHOMKHE thống nhất giao Viện Nghiên cứu Nuôi trồng thủy sản III hỗ trợ chuyên gia nuôi cá tầm, cá hồi cho tỉnh Chăm Pa Săk.

Trong dịp này, Viện trưởng Nguyễn Việt Nam đã trao đổi với Phó Giám đốc Sở Nông Lâm tỉnh Chăm Pa Săk, ông Noraseng Prachit về hợp tác nuôi cá tầm giữa Viện và Sở.

TS.Nguyễn Việt Nam và TS.Buonthong BOUAHOM-Giám đốc Viện Nghiên cứu Nông Lâm quốc gia Lào đã trao đổi về khả năng xây dựng nhiệm vụ khoa học và công nghệ theo nghị định thư giữa Việt Nam và Lào nghiên cứu phát triển cá nước lạnh tại Cộng hòa dân chủ nhân dân Lào.
