điều kiện cam kết phia BFC sẽ tăng doanh số cho phía Đông Á và thời hạn phụ kiện được duy trì trong 6 tháng từ ngày 1/05/2016 đến ngày 31/10/2016. Tuy nhiên mức doanh số trong 6 tháng vừa rồi không đảm bảo như trong thỏa thuận ban đầu. Vì lý do đó chúng tôi không đủ lý do đề thuyết phục ban lành đạo giữ nguyên mức phí theo phụ kiện cho phía BFC. Vì vậy mức phí sẽ được trở lại như ban đầu (theo hợp đồng số…. ký kết ngày….)
