Situation harsh An ACCA report 2012 has raised criticism from users in the UK, US and Canada. More specifically, most of those polled said that the annual financial report is too long, inclined to analyze the past, too complex (about reporting standards and legal requirements) and the in general. However, in Vietnam, this situation is quite different. Although no formal study has been adopted, however, transparency has often been regarded as the most important problem in the annual report. There are many doubts about the value of this document to investors, or the reader. In Vietnam, the financial markets often exchange information through word of mouth or rumor rather than reporting from the company. This status quo has created fertile ground for a number of organizations continue to dominate the market due to the lack of transparency, for instance by hiring auditors authentic amateur stamp, or bribe firm consulting to increase customer satisfaction. One issue of concern is that there are a lot of companies are still vague in the preparation of the annual financial report. The data in this report conrat still poor, missing or incomplete information such as risk management, proposal or related cooperation with investors.
