Công ty sẽ thông báo cho đối tác thực hiện việc thuê tàu. bởi vì công ty xuất hàng theo điều kiện FOB nên khách hàng sẽ thuê tàu, mua bảo hiểm.
Đối với hàng sea, Booking nên thực hiện trước 5 ngày theo lịch dự kiến tàu chạy. Lịch dự kiến này được quy định sẵn trong hợp đồng
