3.5. Hệ thống điện nhẹ:
• Mục tiêu và nguyên tắc thiết kế:
• Công trình là trường mầm non - trung tâm ngoại ngữ, do đó cần có một hệ thống truyền thông tốt cho trường học.
• Thiết kế một hệ thống thông tin nội bộ, bao gồm hệ thống điện thoại, data, và intercom cho trụ sở sau khi cần đấu nối dịch vụ cho các phòng ban thì chỉ cần đấu nối tại tủ trung kế chính (MDF) hoặc chỉ cần đấu nối tại tủ trung kế trung gian (IDF) tầng.
• Tránh miễn nhiễm đến tín hiệu thông tin dịch vụ điện khác trụ sở.
• Phối hợp các dịch vụ thông tin lại với nhau như internet, điện thoại, truyền hình cáp,...nhằm tiết kiệm máng và ống dẫn dây.

• Từ tủ IDF của mổi tầng, dẫn các sợi cáp thông tin 2 ruột đến các hộp đầu nối thông tin của mỗi phòng ban.
• Nguồn điện dự phòng cho các MDF là 01 bộ UPS 2kVA có các thông số kỹ thuật (dòng điện, điện áp, tần số,...) phù hợp với yêu cầu kỹ thuật của hệ thống.
• Hệ thống internet:
• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ thông tin theo ống chôn ngầm PVC 34mm cấp tới thiết bị nhận và xử lý tín hiệu mạng internet Router đặt ở tầng trệt.
• Qua Switch 8port cấp tới Hub Switch tầng bằng Cat 5e.
• Nguồn điện dự phòng có các Switch 8port là 01 bộ UPS 2kVA có các thông số kỹ thuật (dòng điện, điện áp, tần số,...) phù hợp với yêu cầu kỹ thuật của hệ thống.
• Hệ thống truyền hình:
• Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ truyền hình chôn ống ngầm PVC 34mm cấp đến bộ khuếch đại đặt ở tầng trệt, qua bộ chia để cấp tín hiệu tới ổ cắm Anten Tivi tại các tầng bằng cáp RG6.
