Bước 1: Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, đăng ký, phân luồng tờ khai
1. Hệ thống tự động tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, hướng dẫn (nếu có) cho người khai hải quan và cấp số tờ khai hải quan sau khi nhận thông tin khai trước của người khai hải quan.
Trường hợp người khai hải quan thông báo không thực hiện đăng ký được tờ khai hải quan, Chi cục Hải quan nơi đăng ký tờ khai thực hiện tra cứu thông tin hồ sơ doanh nghiệp trên Hệ thống Quản lý rủi ro (Mục 5.1.1) và thực hiện như sau:
a) Trường hợp Hệ thống xác định trạng thái của doanh nghiệp là “Đang hoạt động” thì thông báo cho Bộ phận hỗ trợ - Tổng cục Hải quan (Help Desk) thông qua số điện thoại [phone] hoặc email: [e-mail] để thực hiện thao tác xử lý dữ liệu trên Hệ thống VNACCS;
