Vào ngày đầu tiên, khi tôi lấy lớp ENGL 1020, Tôi đã suy nghĩ tôi sẽ học được những gì từ lớp này. Và lớp này sẽ như thế nào? Tôi có vượt qua lớp này không? Vì giáo viên của lớp ENGL 1010 đã nói với tôi rằng ENGL 1020 sẽ cực kì khó và gây rất nhiều khó khăn cho tôi. Từ những ngày học đầu tiên trong lớp, tôi thấy mọi thứ diễn ra khá dễ dàng và suôn sẽ nhưng khi tôi bắt đầu thực hiện RESEARCH PROJECT thì tôi mới cảm nhận RESEARCH PROJECT không dễ như tôi tưởng tượng.
Ngay từ đầu tôi đã định viết về phúc lợi động vật trong RP. Tuy nhiên phúc lợi động vật cũng gây khá nhiều khó khăn cho tôi bởi vì tôi đã phân vân trong việc chọn chủ đề thích hợp cho RP. Cuối cùng tôi đã chọn để viết về những hành động nhẫn tâm trong nagnhf công nghiệp thực phẩm hiện nay. Tôi nghĩ vì đây là một chủ đề gần gũi với chúng ta. Tôi muốn cho mọi người thấy những mặt xấu của ngành công nghiệp này. Tôi đã chọn những ví dụ cụ thể như là con người đã làm ra gan ngỗng như thế nào và con người đã lấy vây cá mập như thế nào. Tôi đã thảo luận hai mặt của vấn đề và sử dụng những bài viết để làm sáng tỏ những vấn đề mà tôi đang muốn nói.
