Để có cơ sở đề xuất cho CBNV nghỉ làm việc ngày thứ Bảy hàng tuần, P.QTNNL đưa ra 2 option như sau:

1. Option 1:: giảm thời gian nghỉ trưa hàng ngày, mỗi ngày giảm 30 phút (11h30 -> 12h30)
2. Option 2: tăng thời gian làm việc hàng ngày, mỗi ngày 30 phút (từ 8h -> 5h30).

Đề nghị các TĐV cho biết ý kiến về mức độ ảnh hưởng đến công việc nếu nghỉ làm việc ngày thứ Bảy

To have the proposed basis for EMPLOYEES who work on Saturdays every week, p. QTNNL give 2 option as follows:1. Option 1:: the daily lunch time reduction, reduced to 30 minutes every day (11 h 30-12:30 >)2. Option 2: increase daily working time, 30 minutes each day (from 8 h-5:30 >). Recommend the TĐV to know opinions on the level of influence the work if the work on Saturday

1. Option 1 :: reduced lunch break every day, every day down 30 minutes (11:30 -> 12:30)
2. Option 2: increase the daily working time, 30 minutes per day (from 8am -> 5.30).
