Qua đánh giá lại, chúng tôi nhận thấy một phần lớn là do các dịch vụ ươm tạo chưa chủ động và chuyên nghiệp. Ngoài dịch vụ cho thuê văn phòng và tổ chức sự kiện, hầu như các dịch vụ khác chúng tôi đều thuê một phần hoặc toàn phần từ các chuyên gia/đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ bên ngoài. Đội ngũ nhân sự chưa được đào tạo bài bản để có thể chủ động thực hiện dịch vụ. Do vậy, dự án sẽ giúp Vườn ươm nâng cao đáng kể năng lực quản lý thông qua việc chuẩn hóa hoạt động ươm tạo, xây dựng bộ công cụ triển khai và quản lý dịch vụ, xây dựng cơ chế chính sách hợp tác với chuyên gia. Bên cạnh đó, dự án cũng góp phần hỗ trợ cho doanh nghiệp ươm tạo nâng cao năng lực quản trị thông qua các hoạt động đào tạo, tư vấn từ mạng lưới chuyên gia, đặc biệt qua việc xây dựng bộ công cụ quản trị tài chính và quản trị nhân sự.

Through reviews, we noticed a large part due to the incubation services not yet active and professional. In addition to office rentals and event, almost other services we are hiring full or part from the professionals/service providers. Staff have not been trained to actively implement the service. Therefore, the project will help significantly improve the nursery management capacity through incubation activities standardization, building the tools to deploy and manage the service, build the policy mechanisms in cooperation with the experts. Besides, the project also contributes to support for business incubation management capacity through training activities, advice from expert networks, especially through the construction of the financial management and personnel management.
