Bên B đồng ý thanh toán toàn bộ số tiền còn lại nêu tại điều 3 của Biên Bản Thanh Lý Hợp Đồng này sau khi kết thúc sự kiện trong vòng 10 (mười) ngày.
Tính hiệu lực của Biên Bản Thanh Lý Hợp Đồng này chỉ có giá trị khi Bên B nhận được hóa đơn của Bên A và thanh toán đầy đủ số tiền còn lại phải thanh toán nêu tại Điều 3 Phụ lục Hợp đồng này cho Bên A.
Biên Bản Thanh Lý Hợp Đồng này được lập thành hai (02) bản, mỗi Bên giữ một (01) bản có giá trị pháp lý như nhau
