Công ty cổ phần thương mại Phú Lộc là doanh nghiệp đang hoạt động trên địa bàn huyện Phú Lộc, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Tiền thân là Công ty Thương nghiệp Phú Lộc, được thành lập vào tháng 10 năm 1997 theo quyết định 4390/QĐ – UB của UBND tỉnh Bình Trị Thiên. Sau khi chuyển đổi cơ chế hoạt động bao cấp sang kinh tế thị trường, ngày 10/11/1994, theo quyết định số 1720/QĐ – UBND Thừa Thiên Huế, công ty được đổi tên thành công ty thương mại tổng hợp Phú Lộc và hoạt động cho đến cuối năm 2000. Ngày 29 tháng 12 năm 2000 theo quyết định số 3567 của UBND tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế, công ty đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ phần thương mại Phú Lộc. Vốn điều lệ: 2.650.000.000 đồng.
