2.4 Bên A sẽ làm các thủ tục để chuyển quyền sử dụng đất cho bên B. Bên B sẽ được giao Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất sau khi đã thanh toán đủ 100% tiền thuê đât và các nghĩa vụ theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.

2.4 A Party will do the procedure for transfer of land use right for side b. Side B will be allocated the land use right certificate after it has paid 100% of the rent you're setting up enough and the obligations under the provisions of the current law.

2.4 Party A will make the procedures for transfer of land use rights for Party B. Party B will be given certificates of land use right after 100% payment of land rent and the obligations prescribed by the law current law.
