ngày hôm nay đánh dấu 2 năm tôi tạm cư tại Hoa Kỳ với tư cách một người đang trong tiến trình chờ đợi cho dù không biết rằng tiến trình ấy sẽ mất bao lâu
Trong khoảng thời gian tạm cư tại đây tôi hoàn toàn không được theo học nền giáo dục cao cấp của Hoa Kỳ, ngoài ra tôi không được hưởng dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế ngoài trường hợp khẩn cấp.
những diễn tiến trong nước đã làm cho tôi quan ngại vì là một người đấu tranh chống bạo quyền cộng sản trên các bài báo tôi quan ngại rằng gia đình của tôi còn kẹt tại Việt Nam sẽ gặp nhiều phiền phức khi nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam biết tôi là ai
vì những lý do đó tôi mong rằng quý vị xem xét và tạo điều kiện để tôi trở thành hợp pháp ngỏ hầu có điều kiện đưa gia đình rời khỏi Việt Nam
Tôi xin chân thành cám ơn quý vị đã cho phép tôi được tạm cư tại đây và nếu vì một lý do nào khác mà hồ sơ của tôi không hợp lệ theo đánh giá của quý vị xin vui lòng gửi cho tôi thư từ chối chính thức.
