Do đó , đề nghị cơ quan quản lý đầu tư yêu cầu doanh nghiệp có giải trinh phương án kinh doanh và/hoặc phương án tài chính nhằm đảm bảo tính khả thi và hiệu quả của việc mở rộng lĩnh vực kinh doanh trước khi xem xét ,cấp phép cho doanh nghiệp .
Đề nghị sở kế hoạch đầu tư thành phố hcm báo cáo uỷ ban nhân dân xem xét,quyết định .
