+ Bên B phải làm Đề án bảo vệ môi trường (DTM)Thực hiện trước khi được cấp Giấy Chứng nhận đầu tư (trong trường hợp dự án thuộc nhóm phải làm)
+ Thực hiện sau khi đã được cấp Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư và trước khi triển khai dự án đi vào hoạt động sản xuất chính thức trong trường hợp dự án thuộc nhóm phải làm Kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường.

+ Side B must do environmental protection project (DTM) done before investment certificates (in the case of group projects to do)+ Implemented after it has been granted investment certificate and before the project goes into operation officially in the case of group projects to do environmental protection plan.

+ Party B must make environmental protection scheme (DTM) To fulfill before being granted investment certificates (in case of group to do)
