Nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động môi trường cho dự án đã đựợc thực hiện đầy đủ theo nội dung đề ra. Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường được thực hiện theo mẫu hướng dẫn nêu trong thông tư số 26/2011/TT- BTNMT ngày 18 tháng 7 năm 2011 của bộ tài nguyên và môi trường quy định và nghị định số 29/2011/NĐ-CP ngày 18 tháng 4 năm 2011của chính phủ nước cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu, phân tích, đánh giá tác động môi trường một cách chi tiết và toàn diện của dự án có thể rút ra một số kết luận chính sau:
