b, Bảy (7) năm đối với dự án đầu tư vào địa bàn thị xã Hương Trà, Phu Vang, Hau Loc, Phong Dien, Quang Dien
c, Mười một (11) năm đối với dự án đầu tư tại địa bàn các huyện Nam Dong, A Luoi, Khu kinh tế Chan May - Lang Co; dự án thuộc danh mục lĩnh vực đặc biệt khuyến khích đầu tư được đầu tư tại địa bàn Thị xã Hương Trà , Phu Vang, Phu Loc, Hau Loc, Phong Dien, Quang Dien.
d, Mười lăm (15) năm đối với dự án đầu tư tại địa bàn các huyện Nam Dong, A Luoi, Khu kinh tế Chan May - Lang Co; dự án thuộc danh mục lĩnh vực đặc biệt khuyến khích đầu tư được đầu tư tại địa bàn Thị xã Hương Trà , Phu Vang, Phu Loc, Hau Loc, Phong Dien, Quang Dien.
e, CHo cả thời gian của hoạt động dự án đầu tư thuộc lĩnh vực đặc biệt khuyến khích đầu tư tại địa bàn các huyện Nam DOng, A Luoi, Khu kinh tế Chan May - Lang Co.
