Bộ An ninh nội địa Mỹ vừa công bố dự thảo Luật Doanh nhân Quốc tế, với đề xuất cấp visa tạm thời cho các doanh nhân nước ngoài nếu công ty của họ đáp ứng được một số yêu cầu.
