Đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học của Nguyễn Đình Thọ và nhóm giảng viên trường đại học Kinh Tế TPHCM tháng 7 năm 2003 về “ Đo lường chất lượng vui chơi giải trí ngòai trời tại TPHCM” đã đưa ra mô hình và kiểm định giả thuyết về mối quan hệ giữa 5 thành phần chất lượng dịch vụ của thang đo SERVQUAL và mức độ thỏa mãn của khách hàng.

Scientific research projects of faculty groups and University of Economics HO CHI MINH CITY in July 2003 on "measuring the quality of outdoor recreation in SAIGON" gave the models and test hypotheses about the relationship between the 5 components of the service quality of the SERVQUAL and the level of customer satisfaction.
