doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành các quy định về đảm bảo an toàn giao thông đường bộ của luật giao thông đường bộ và các văn bản hướng dẫn có liên quan, phải sắp xếp và bố trí hợp lí nơi để xe cho khách hàng, cho nhân viên công ty và đảm bảo không lấn chiếm lòng lề đường gây ùn tắc giao thông tại địa điểm hoạt động.
doanh nghiệp phải báo cáo định kì hằng tháng, hàng quý, hàng năm về Sở kế hoạch và đầu tư thành phố Hồ Chí Minh theo các biểu mẫu liên quan đến doanh nghiệp được quy định tại thông tư số 04/2011/TT-BKHĐT ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2011 của bộ kế hoạch và đầu tư quy định hệ thống biểu mẫu báo cáo thống kê cơ sở áp dụng đối với doanh nghiệp nhà nước, doanh nghiệp và dự án có vốn đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài.
doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành quy định về giám sát và đánh giá đầu tư theo nghị đinh số 113/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 12 năm 2009 của chính phủ về giám sát và đánh giá đầu tư, thông tư số 13/2010/TT-BKH ngày 02 tháng 6 năm 2010 của Bộ kế hoạch và đầu tư quy định về mẫu báo cáo giám sát, đánh giá đầu tư. Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền không điều chỉnh dự án đầu tư/giấy chứng nhận đầu tư trong trường hợp doanh nghiệp/nhà đầu tư không thực hiện giám sát đánh giá đầu tư, thường kì theo quy định.
