Đối với các chuyên gia được phân công thực hiện nội dung công việc, Bên B không được thay đổi trong quá trình thực hiện, trừ trường hợp ốm đau không thể làm việc hoặc do yêu cầu của Bên A thì Bên B có thể thay đổi chuyên gia nhưng phải báo cáo cho Bên A biết và phải chứng minh chuyên gia mới phải có năng lực trình độ chuyên môn tương đương hoặc hơn chuyên gia cũ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
