Bên A đồng ý hoàn trả lại số tiền là 60.480 USD (Sáu mươi ngàn, bốn trăm tám mươi) mà Bên B đã đặt cọc thuê nhà xưởng trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày hai bên ký biên bản thanh lý Bản thỏa thuận thuê xưởng.

Kể từ ngày ký Biên bản này, hai Bên sẽ không còn bị ràng buộc bởi các điều khoản của Bản thỏa thuận thuê nhà xưởng số 28/TTh-SZL-KDTT.TX ngày 19/5/2016.
