Khoa chỉ đạo Trung tâm khảo thí & đảm bảo chất lượng là đầu mối thực hiện khảo sát lấy ý kiến phản hồi của người học về các hoạt động hỗ trợ người học thường xuyên hơn, kết hợp chặt chẽ hơn giữa đội ngũ cố vấn học tập, giáo viên chủ nhiệm, Ban liên lạc Hội cựu sinh viên, bộ phận Công tác chính trị học sinh sinh viên. Từ năm học 2015-2016, Khoa tiếp tục triển khai hoạt động khảo sát thu thập ý kiến phản hồi của các bên liên quan, tăng cường ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong điều tra, tổng hợp, phân tích kết quả. Khoa từng bước đa dạng hóa các hình thức thức thu thập thông tin phản hồi để có được kết quả xác thực nhằm từng bước cải thiện cho việc đào tạo đạt được hiệu quả cao hơn.

The Faculty of each step in the diversification of the forms of knowledge to gather information for feedback to get the authentication results in order to gradually improve for the training to achieve higher efficiency.

Science Center Steering testing & quality assurance is the focal point for surveying opinions of learners feedback on activities to support learners more often, more closely combine middle school advisory team collective, homeroom teacher, contact the Board of alumni Association, political Affairs department students. From 2015-2016 academic year, the Faculty continues to implement activities survey collects feedback of stakeholders, enhancing information technology application in the survey, aggregate, analyze the results. Faculty gradually diversify forms of collecting feedback to obtain tangible results in order to gradually improve the training to achieve greater efficiency.
