1. Giao Vụ Trang thiết bị và công trình y tế chủ trì phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng liên quan tổ chức hướng dẫn triển khai thực hiện quy chuẩn này.
2. Sở y tế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn thanh tra, kiểm tra việc thực hiện Quy chuẩn này đối với các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân, cơ sở tham gia hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh và sử dụng lồng ấp trẻ sơ sinh sử dụng cho mục đích y tế trên địa bàn.
3. Trong trường hợp các quy định tại Quy chuẩn này có sự thay đổi, bổ sung hoặc thay thế thì thực hiện theo quy định văn bản mới do Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế ban hành.

1. The Department of Communications Equipment and medical works in coordination with the relevant authorities to organize and guide the implementation of this regulation.

Provincial Health Departments, cities under the Central Government are responsible for guiding the inspection and examination of the implementation of this regulation for agencies, organizations, individuals, establishments engaged in manufacturing, trade sales and use of infant incubators used for medical purposes in the province.
3. In case the provisions of this regulation change, addition or replacement is carried out in accordance with new text by the Minister of Health.
