FPT liên tục nghiên cứu, chuyển giao những công nghệ mới áp dụng trong giáo dục và đào tạo như phương pháp học tích hợp tăng cường kỹ năng sinh viên “Blended Learning”, hệ thống quản trị tài nguyên học tập OneLMS, thư viện điện tử, hệ thống quản lý sinh viên CMS,... Với việc số hóa trong giảng dạy và học tập, Đại học FPT đang từng bước áp dụng triết lý đào tạo hiện đại, qua đó biến đổi từ môi trường “đào tạo” với giảng viên làm chủ sang môi trường “học tập” với sinh viên làm chủ quá trình học tập.
