Every person is a member or candidate every day to develop their leadership skills. And I also located one of them and then one day I was fortunate to know AIESEC. With 6 values that AIESEC AIESEC create and influence the members to someday own members will bring those values to change the world impact. With core values of 6 AIESEC is for me to be doing and create a harmonious environment and active is very important especially in the working group.
With fun and sociable and sometimes timid and hardly perfect, so I think everyone has the same potential as no one perfect together. So I'm very happy and happy if I was given the opportunity to encourage everyone to burn out the work. That will help engage people in the group will help people offset each other to overcome difficulties and to avoid unnecessary conflict. I think creating an environment full of motivation and dynamism is extremely important to create a unified whole team and the lack of rural erase or fatigue at work. on a short story, I would have an interesting story, and one thing I've noticed when participating in interviews of AIESEC. My first impression was very excited when I was sitting talking to others in the same interview with him talking and laughing with each other to share a story open air then any notion of pressure and elements of shake off a contest. Especially I felt most clearly about the factors "stimulate active and enthusiastic" most clearly within assesment Center where you have to cooperate with each other so that all who pass the interview to thank your team wins, not alone themselves.
