Các hệ thống bể cấp nước sạch & thoát nước của tòa nhà ở tầng mái và tầng hầm hiện nay có không có hệ thống cảnh báo mực nước tràn bể (bằng chuông và bằng đèn) dẫn đến nguy cơ sự cố tràn bể là rất lớn, gây ra thiệt hại về tài sản cho tòa nhà (do không được cảnh báo và xử lý kịp thời). Trên thực tế, đã có sự cố tràn bể xảy ra vào tháng 9/2016 tại bể xử lý nước thải tại hầm B2.
