 Nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu
- Tập hợp các cơ sở lý luận về chiến lược phát triển thị trường của doanh nghiệp
- Phân tích thực trạng thị trường xăng dầu của Công ty
- Phân tích các đối thủ cạnh tranh của Công ty
- Đề xuất chiến lược phát triển thị trường cụ thể áp dụng cho Công ty
7. Những đóng góp mới của luận văn:
Những đóng góp chủ yếu của luận văn là:
- Xác lập các khung khổ lý thuyết về chiến lược phát triển thị trường của doanh nghiệp.
- Định vị thị trường cho Công ty cổ phần Thương mại Xăng dầu Việt Nam.
- Lựa chọn được chiến lược phát triển thị trường cho Công ty cổ phần Thương mại Xăng dầu Việt Nam giai đoạn 2015 - 2020.
