Trong vòng 5 (năm) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày Hợp đồng thuê đất được ký bởi Bên A và Công ty của bên B và được chứng thực bởi phòng công chứng, Bên B sẽ trả tiếp cho Bên A 40% tổng Tiền thuê đất tương ứng với số tiền 1.437.600 USD (Một triệu, bốn trăm ba mươi bảy ngàn, sáu trăm đô la Mỹ).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

within 5 (five) working days from the date the land lease agreement signed by the company's side a and b and is attested by the notary office, party to party b will pay a 40% of total rent corresponding to the amount of 1.4376 million dollars (one million, four hundred and thirty-seven thousand, six hundred dollars).

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Within 5 (five) working days since the day the land lease contract signed by party A and party B and company are certified by notary, party B shall pay party A further 40% of the total land lease corresponds to the amount of USD 1,437,600 (one million, four hundred thirty-seven thousandsix hundred US dollars).
