Cơ chế một cửa trong giải quyết thủ

Cơ chế một cửa trong giải quyết thủ tục hành chính ở cấp xã tỉnh Trà Vinh đã được thực hiện từ năm 2004. Đây là cơ chế giải quyết thủ tục hành chính tiến bộ, thể hiện quyết tâm của các cấp lãnh đạo trong cải cách hành chính với cải cách thủ tục hành chính là trọng tâm. Cho đến nay, việc thực hiện cơ chế một cửa đã thu được nhiều kết quả nổi bật: đơn giản hóa thủ tục hành chính, bộ máy hành chính đại phương được tinh giản, chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của đội ngũ cán bộ, công chức cấp xã được nâng cao; từ đó, hiệu quả phục vụ người dân được nâng cao. Tuy nhiên, quá trình triển khai vẫn gặp một số hạn chế như: chất lượng thực hiện cải cách hành chính theo cơ chế “một cửa” ở một số xã còn thấp, có nơi thực hiện mang tính hình thức, một số thủ tục đã được quy định nhưng chưa được áp dụng hết tại Bộ phận một cửa. Vì vậy, để hoàn thiện cơ chế một cửa tại cấp xã của Trà Vinh cần một số giải pháp toàn diện, dài hạn cũng sự chung tay của cả hệ thống chính trị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả phục vụ nhân dân của cơ chế này.
