Khi nghĩa vụ của một Bên trong Hợp đồng này, ngoài việc thanh toán các khoản phải trả của Bên đó theo Hợp đồng này, không thể được thực hiện đầy đủ hoặc một phần theo các điều khoản đã đồng ý từ kết quả trực tiếp của một sự kiện ngoài dự kiến mà sự xuất hiện và hậu quả của nó không thể ngăn ngừa hoặc tránh khỏi

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
