Bên Mua công nhận rằng, trong trường hợp Bên Mua có từ hai người trở lên thì mọi dẫn chiếu đến Bên Mua trong Hợp Đồng có nghĩa là từng người trong số họ và mọi nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm của Bên Mua theo Hợp Đồng đều là nghĩa vụ liên đới và riêng rẽ. Bên Bán không có nghĩa vụ phải xác định nghĩa vụ của từng người thuộc Bên Mua, nhưng Bên Bán có thể yêu cầu từng người thuộc bên Mua thực hiện nghĩa vụ của mình/nghĩa vụ chung của họ theo Hợp đồng. Để tránh nhầm lẫn những người thuộc Bên Mua sẽ ủy quyền cho Ông/Bà………………………….. trên đây làm đại diện để giao dịch với Bên Bán liên quan đến việc mua bán Căn Hộ nêu tại Hợp Đồng và mọi hành động của người được ủy quyền này sẽ ràng buộc tất cả những người thuộc Bên Mua, và Bên Bán không cần có sự chấp thuận riêng của từng người thuộc Bên Mua. Tuy nhiên, không phụ thuộc vào ủy quyền trên đây, mọi văn bản, giấy tờ đòi hỏi phải có chữ ký của Bên Mua đều phải được từng người thuộc Bên Mua ký vào đầy đủ.
