Today, I would like to say a few things about how to keep the body balanced. Your health depends on many things such as nutrition, health status and your life style, but the most influential thing to keeping the body balanced is exercise. You should perform at least 3 times a week, every half hour. There are many sports and fitness exercises for you, e.g. such as football, basketball, badminton and walking ... on the other hand you should get out of the bad habits such as smoking, alcohol, ... it can do to your health to deteriorate. And if you want to keep in shape, you don't is people just sitting watching TV all day.
