Migration should not stop because of immigrants from developing countries are providing a large percentage of the workers for the labor shortages in developing countries. According to a report from international business leaders, more than 40% of the labor force in the Gulf region are immigrants. In addition, the labor force in the United States are on the increase because of growing international migration. Moreover, more than a quarter of the foreign workers in the United States is Mexico. It accounts for about 4 percent of the labor force (Grieco & Ray, 2004). The labour force survey, Eurostat (2013) said that in the year 2012, 8.6 million foreigners coming from outside Europe to work in 27 countries in Europe. It is said that the arrival of immigrants from the developing countries labour force in developing countries is the evidence for the benefits of migration. However, as has been argued that immigrants lead to brain drain in the developing countries. The international migration Organization estimates that Africa has lost a third of the workforce (Siddiqui, 2012). Since 1990, approximately 20,000 doctors, engineers, University lectures and other experts went to developed countries every year (Unesco). It is claimed that the brain drain is a concern in some countries, there are a handful of people in the labor force. For example, Ethiopia has the highest rate of loss of human resources. In 10-15 years ago, 50% of the people of Ethiopia have not returned to their country after completing their courses abroad (Ambassador of Renaissance Africa (nd)). Therefore, if the loss of skilled people, the impact of the brain drain from emigration to the developing countries is very large.Although, the fact that the developing countries have lost many skilled people do migrate but they also have the benefit from it. Firstly, the developing countries were getting lots of money from migrants. In 2010, according to the remittances of the Factbook from migrants send about the developed countries had increased from $ 307.000.000.000 in 2009 to $ 325.000.000.000 in 2010 (Theguardian, 2010). Second, there is a tendency for migrants to return to their country to get skills and new knowledge about with them on the basis of the policy of attracting talents of Governments in the developing countries. For example, in 2008, more than 3,000 Chinese who return to their country of skilled professional (United Nation Chronicle, 2013). The brain drain problem will not be a matter of concern of the immigrants from developed countries to developing countries.
