b) Mua lại phần vốn góp được chuyển nhượng một phần hoặc toàn bộ phần vốn góp của thành viên Công ty theo qui định sau đây:
oPhải chào bán phần vốn đó cho các thành viên còn lại theo tỷ lệ tương ứng với phần vốn góp của họ trong Công ty với cùng điều kiện.
