Tại Việt Nam, Lotteria hiện đang là một trong những thương hiệu thức ăn nhanh gần gũi với người tiêu dùng Việt. Với hơn 86 hệ thống cửa hàng thức ăn nhanh có mặt trên khắp Việt Nam và tập trung nhiều tại các thành phố lớn, Lotteria Việt Nam đang ngày càng chứng tỏ được vị thế của người đi trước đối với các thương hiệu thức ăn nhanh nước ngoài khác đã và đang có mặt tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Ngay từ ngày khai trương cửa hàng lotteria đầu tiên tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh vào tháng 2 năm 1998 đã tập trung phát triển bánh mì hamburger làm sản phẩm chủ lực. Và chiến lược này đã mang về cho Lotteria hơn 70% thị phần, KFC 20%, Jollibee 5% và 5% còn lại cho các doanh nghiệp trong nước (theo Lotteria Vietnam). Trong năm 2009, chuỗi thức ăn nhanh này đã phát triển thêm 16 cửa hàng và đạt mức tăng trưởng 38% Mục tiêu của Công ty trong vòng 5 năm tới là đạt con số 200 cửa hàng.
