 Chấm công/tính lương: Thực hiện việc chấm công cho người lao động hàng ngày, công tăng ca, công tác phí và tổng hợp tính lương, phép năm và các phụ cấp hàng tháng nếu có.

 Thực hiện chính sách BHXH, BHYT và BHTN: Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện công tác tăng giảm bảo hiểm, các chính sách, chế độ thai sản, chế độ ốm đau, chế độ dưỡng sức cho người lao động theo đúng qui định.
Thực hiện báo cáo quỹ lương hàng tháng, quý, nă và báo cáo chuyển nộp quỹ lương BHXH hàng tháng
