Đối với trường hợp vi phạm Quy định Công ty gây ra hậu quả nghiêm trọng, vượt quá khung quy định nêu trên, thì ngoài việc nhân viên phải bồi thường ngay cho Công ty, mà còn có thể bị truy tố về trách nhiệm hình sự.
