Chủ đầu tư sẽ chuẩn bị các thủ tục để thanh toán khoản tạm ứng hợp đồng là 15% giá trị Hợp đồng (không bao gồm khoản dự phòng, VAT trả cho nhà thầu nước ngoài) 30.861.000 JPY and 347.655 USD (bằng chữ:Ba mươi triệu, Tám trăm sáu mươi mốt nghìn Yên Nhật và Ba trăm bốn mươi bảy nghìn, Sáu trăm năm mươi lăm Đô la Mỹ) bằng ngoại tệ và 7.161.793.500 VND (bằng chữ: Bảy tỷ, Một trăm sáu mươi mốt triệu, Bảy trăm chín mươi ba nghìn, Năm trăm Việt Nam đồng) bằng nội tệ trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi Tư vấn nhận được Thông báo triển khai và trong vòng 10 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhà thầu nộp bảo lãnh tạm ứng hợp đồng.
