Thực hiện theo HĐMB số 12/9/2016/HĐMB-KINGSMEN giữa Công ty TNHH HHDESIGN và Quý công ty về vấn đề : Cung cấp sản phẩm nội thất. Chúng tôi đã cung cấp và lắp đặt đầy đủ theo yêu cầu của Quý công ty.
Theo điều 5 điều khoản Thanh toán, Quý công ty sẽ thanh toán phần còn lại của đơn hàng đã đặt mua và đã trừ phần thanh toán đợt 1
Vậy, chúng tôi kính đề nghị Quý công ty thanh toán 51.480.000 vnđ GTHĐ(.Bằng chữ: năm mươi mốt triệu bốn trăm tám mươi ngàn đồng) còn lai cho công ty chúng tôi theo tổng đơn hàng đã đặt mua (94.380.000 vnđ)( gồm thuế VAT) và đã trừ phần thanh toán đợt 1 (42.900.000) theo đúng quy định trog HĐMB số ..12/9./2016/HĐMB-KINGSMEN
