I. CÁC CĂN CỨ PHÁP LÝ
I.1 Căn cứ pháp lý chung:
- Căn cứ luật xây dựng ngày 18/6/2014
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 59/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 18/6/2015 của Chính phủ về Quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 46/2015NĐ-CP ngày 12/05/2015 của Chính phủ về quản lý chất lượng và bảo trì công trình xây dựng;
- Căn cứ Nghị định số 32/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 25/3/2015 của Chính phủ về quản lý chi phí đầu tư xây dựng công trình;
- Căn cứ Thông tư số 46/2015/TT-BGTVT ngày 07/9/2015 Quy định về tải trọng, khổ giới hạn của đường bộ; Lưu hành xe quá tải trọng, xe quá khổ giới hạn, xe bánh xích trên đường bộ; vận chuyển hàng siêu trường, siêu trọng; Giới hạn xếp hàng hóa trên phương tiện giao thông đường bộ khi tham gia giao thông trên đường bộ;

- Công văn số 5361/TCĐBVN-KHCN,MT&HTQT ngày 02/10/2015 của Tổng cục Đường bộ VN về hướng dẫn lập đề cương kiểm định cầu
- Công văn số 5068//TCĐBVN-KHCN,MT&HTQT ngày 16/11/2015 của Tổng cục Đường bộ Việt Nam về việc chấp thuận danh sách thầu phụ thực hiện công tác kiểm định Cầu thuộc hợp phần B của dự án.
- Công văn số 2808/BQLDA6-DA3 ngày 19/11/2015 của Ban Quản lý dự án 6 về việc thực hiện công tác kiểm định thuộc hợp phần B, Hợp đồng dịch vụ tư vấn kỹ thuật, dự án tín dụng ngành GTVT để cải tạo mạng lưới đường quốc gia lần 2.
- Hợp đồng tư vấn kiểm định – Dự án tín dụng ngành GTVT để cải tạo mạng lưới đường quốc gia lần thứ 2 (JBIC L/A No. VN XI-7 & JICA L/A NO. XV-3) giữa tư vấn chính Liên danh KEI-OC & TEDI và công ty TNHH tư vấn Đại học xây dựng;
