Nói về tư cách pháp nhân của Tổ Chức “Lương Tâm Công Giáo”, ngày 25-3-2008, ông Huỳnh Viết Diệu trong Ban Điều Hành của tổ chức Lương Tâm Công Giáo đã gởi một Thư Công Bố đến Báo Chí, Truyền Thông và các tổ chức Cộng Đồng, được phổ biến trên Blog của báo Tiếng Dân kể rằng ngày 13-3-2008 các Thành Viên trong Ban Sáng Lập và Điều Hành “Lương Tâm Công Giáo” gồm 8 người đã biểu quyết với tỉ số 5 người đồng ý giải thể, 1 người bỏ phiếu trắng, còn 2 người là C và chồng là L bỏ cuộc họp chạy mất tiêu!
