- Chuyển hồ sơ tín dụng cho Phòng thẩm định thực hiện thái thẩm định tại chi nhánh. Loại trừ các hồ sơ sau:
 Cho vay tài trợ mua chứng khan cầm cố/thế chấp bằng chứng khoán.
 Các khoản cho vay khác làm cho dư nợ của khách hàng tại SHB không vượt quá 500 triệu đồng.
- Phê duyệt vốn vay:
 Trường hợp khoản vay thuộc thẩm quyền của Giam đốc/ Ban tín dụng:
- Trường hợp duyệt cho vay thì thông báo cho khách hàng biết, hướng dẫn khách hàng bổ sung các chứng từ, hoàn thiện các yêu cầu duyệt thuận trước khi giải ngân vốn vay.
- Trường hợp duyệt không cho vay thực hiện:
 Tổ chức lưu giữ hồ sơ khách hàng bị từ chối cho vay
 Thông báo cho khách hàng.
