1. Bản vẽ được phê duyệt cho gói 30 cọc D600 ClassC với thép chủ là 17D11. Loại thép chủ D11 không có trong tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm. Đây có thể do lỗi làm tròn từ D10.7 thành D11.
2. Theo bản vẽ thiết kế cọc PHC D600 ClassB của gói 28 (như file đính kèm 1) thì thiết kế cọc hoàn toàn tương tự cọc PHC D600 ClassC được phê duyệt của Gói 30 này. Chúng tôi thấy rằng đây là một sự nhầm lẫn rất lớn khi phát hành bản vẽ (lỗi văn bản). Do các chỉ số yêu cầu của cọc ClassB và ClassC là khác nhau nên cần phải làm rõ vấn đề này.
3. Liên danh nhà thầu có gửi lại bản vẽ của nhà thầu phụ Công ty Minh Đức đã tính toán lại theo bản vẽ của gói 30 được phê duyệt (và hiện đang được áp dụng sản xuất và thi công đại trà cho các dự án lớn khác) với đầy đủ thông số tính toán.
