Công trình được bảo hành thi công trong vòng 12 tháng. Trong thời gian này nếu có sự cố xảy ra mà thuộc về chất lượng do lỗi của Bên A, thì Bên A chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa, thay thế mà không đòi hỏi chi phí nào của Bên B .
Trường hợp khi hư hỏng có yêu cầu của Bên B thì Bên A phải đến kiểm tra và tiến hành sửa chữa ngay cho Bên B (nếu như lỗi của Bên B thì hai bên sẽ cùng nhau thống nhất giá cả để thanh toán )
Bên A chịu trách nhiệm về công trình của mình trong thời gian bảo hành.
