Những đơn vị khác được Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường giao nhiệm vụ thực hiện các dự án liên quan đến việc xây dựng, hoàn thiện CSDLĐC được phép cập nhật, chỉnh lý biến độngCSDLĐC theo thiết kế kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt. Việc cập nhật, chỉnh lý biến động CSDLĐC thông qua các công trình phải đảm bảo các yêu cầu trong thiết kế kỹ thuật và không làm gián đoạn công tác cập nhật, chỉnh lý biến động dữ liệu thường xuyên. Dữ liệu trước khi cập nhật vào CSDLĐC phải được kiểm tra, nghiệm thu theo đúng quy định.
