Còn đối với cho vay trung và dài hạn năm 2014 tăng 240 tỷ đồng so với năm 2013 tức là tăng 19,5%. Tuy không chiếm tỷ trọng nhiều trong tổng dư nợ nhưng năm 2014 cho vay trung dài hạn cũng đã tăng lên đáng kể. Nguyên nhân là do nền kinh tế của nước ta đang trên đà phát triển, sau quá trình hội nhập, các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố được thành lập ngày càng nhiều, nhu cầu về vốn là rất lớn.
