Trong thời gian thực hiện HỢP ĐỒNG, nếu BÊN B gặp khó khăn dẫn đến chậm trễ trong việc thực hiện theo thời hạn HỢP ĐỒNG thì BÊN B phải thông báo cho BÊN A biết đồng thời nêu rõ lý do cùng với thời gian dự tính kéo dài. Khi nhận được thông báo của BÊN B, BÊN A phải có trách nhiệm nghiên cứu, xem xét về đề nghị của BÊN B. Trường hợp BÊN A đồng ý gia hạn HỢP ĐỒNG thì sẽ là cơ sở để hai bên thương thảo và ký kết PHỤ LỤC bổ sung HỢP ĐỒNG
