Điều 160. Điều kiện tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài được sở hữu nhà ở tại Việt Nam
1. Đối với tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài quy định tại điểm a khoản 1 Điều 159 của Luật này thì phải có Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư và có nhà ở được xây dựng trong dự án theo quy định của Luật này và pháp luật có liên quan.
2. Đối với tổ chức nước ngoài quy định tại điểm b khoản 1 Điều 159 của Luật này thì phải có Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư hoặc giấy tờ liên quan đến việc được phép hoạt động tại Việt Nam (sau đây gọi chung là Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư) do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam cấp.
3. Đối với cá nhân nước ngoài quy định tại điểm c khoản 1 Điều 159 của Luật này thì phải được phép nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam và không thuộc diện được hưởng quyền ưu đãi, miễn trừ ngoại giao, lãnh sự theo quy định của pháp luật.
4. Chính phủ quy định chi tiết giấy tờ chứng minh đối tượng, điều kiện tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài thuộc diện được sở hữu nhà ở tại Việt Nam.

The Government detailing the evidence object, organization, personal conditions abroad in an owned house in Vietnam.

1. For organizations, foreign individuals specified in paragraph 1 of Article 159 of this law, there must be investment certificates and residential project under construction in accordance with the provisions of this Law and relevant laws agency.
2. For foreign entities specified in Clause 1 of Article 159 of this law, there must be investment certificates or documents related to the licensed activities in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the original Certificate Investment) issued by the competent State of Vietnam.
3. For foreign individuals specified in paragraph 1 of article 159 c of this Law shall be allowed entry into Vietnam and not entitled to the privileges and immunities of diplomatic and consular prescribed by law .
4. Government providing detailed proof of the object, organizational conditions, individuals are entitled to own houses in Vietnam.
