3. Đối tượng và điều kiện sử dụng dịch vụ
a. Đối tượng khách hàng

b. Điều kiện sử dụng
 Các thuê bao (trả trước và trả sau) đang hoạt động 02 chiều.
 Các thuê bao đã đăng ký dịch vụ.
 Ngoài ra, để sử dụng tính năng dịch vụ trên wapsite, khách hàng cần đáp ứng thêm các điều kiện sau:
+ Thuê bao phải đăng ký sử dụng dịch vụ Cam_Tour của Metfone và đang ở trong vùng phủ sóng GPRS/EDGE/3G/WIFI khi sử dụng dịch vụ.
+ Thuê bao sử dụng máy điện thoại có hỗ trợ tính năng truy cập app.
4. Giá cước dịch vụ
4.1. Mức cước
- Chi tiết bảng giá cước dịch vụ được quy định như sau:
o Cước data (GRPS/3G): Miễn phí
o Cước gửi SMS tới < Đầu số>: 15 cents
o Cước tải ứng dụng dịch vụ (Client): Miễn phí
o Cước dịch vụ: cước thuê bao gói tuần
o Bảng cước dịch vụ (đã bao gồm VAT):

4.2. Phương thức tính cước
- Thời hạn sử dụng của Gói cước = 24 giờ x 7 ngày tương ứng của gói cước (tính tròn 7x24h tính từ thời điểm đăng ký/gia hạn thành công).
- Cước đăng ký gói dịch vụ được trừ ngay khi bạn xác nhận giao dịch.
- Cước gia hạn sẽ tự động gia hạn khi hết chu kỳ nếu khách hàng không hủy gói cước.
- Đối với thuê bao trả sau: cước thuê bao được cộng vào hóa đơn cước hàng tháng.
- Đối với thuê bao trả trước: cước thuê bao được trừ vào tài khoản chính.
- Nếu có 1 lần trừ cước thành công thì sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng tất cả nội dung của dịch vụ. Chu kì tính cước mới được tính từ thời điểm trừ cước gia hạn gần nhất.
- Được miễn cước data khi sử dụng dịch vụ Cam_Tour.
